ctively engage in sales activities within corporate (commercial) named accounts
drive cross selling and upselling activities
with existing accounts, as well as l
ead new customer acquisition efforts
in collaboration with our Account Manager. Other responsibilities will include : Maintain and develop customer relationships
through
order management, contract handling, licensing, vendor support
, and promotion of Crayon's strategic offerings Participate in sales initiatives such as outbound / inbound calls, networking, emailing, lead cycle management, and quote creation Contribute to new customer acquisition
by
following up on opportunities and marketing campaigns, and addressing licensing queries
as they arise Collaborate and provide support to Account Manager s and BDMs
on day-to-day activities Support sales and activities
in the larger accounts, including managing inbound communication and requesting quotes from vendors High school graduate or higher educational attainment 2+ years experience
in B2B sales, collaborating with sales team for new customer acquisition and cross / up-selling to existing clients Experience in handling end customers
