Responsibilities
- Supervise all workshop activities, including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
- Allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and adherence to repair protocols.
- Oversee the proper use of tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.
- Lead and manage a team of Service Advisor, Admin & Spare Parts, Senior Technician, and Technician.
- Assign tasks based on individual skills and expertise.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, updates, and challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members when needed.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Enforce proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
- Manage workshop inventory (tools, equipment, spare parts).
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and calibrated.
- Maintain accurate records of repair jobs, parts used, and service details.
- Generate and analyze workshop performance and efficiency reports.
- Provide management with regular updates on workshop operations.
