Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at PayrollNinja. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in the fast-paced payroll / HR tech space and has a passion for building brand awareness through digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving lead generation through various digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create, curate, schedule engaging content, develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok)
- Monitor social media metrics and engagement, providing weekly / monthly performance reports
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Stay current with social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance
- Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing social media assets
LinkedIn Marketing & Management
Manage and optimize company LinkedIn page to increase follower engagement and lead generationCreate and publish thought leadership content targeting HR professionals and business ownersDevelop LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate qualified leadsBuild and nurture relationships with industry influencers and potential clientsMonitor LinkedIn analytics and adjust strategy based on performance dataEngage with relevant industry groups and discussions to increase brand visibilityContent Creation & Blog Management
Research, write, and publish high-quality blog posts (2-3 per week) on payroll, HR, and business topicsConduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankingsDevelop content calendars that align with product launches, industry events, and seasonal trendsCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevanceOptimize existing content for better search engine performanceAdvertisement Campaigns
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn AdsMonitor campaign performance, optimize for better ROI, and provide detailed reportingConduct A / B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pagesResearch and identify new advertising opportunities and platformsAnalytics & Reporting
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channelsPrepare comprehensive monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendationsUse Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to measure campaign effectivenessIdentify trends and opportunities for improvement in marketing strategiesPresent findings to senior management and suggest data-driven optimizationsBrand Management & Strategy
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpointsSupport product launches with targeted marketing campaignsCollaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goalsParticipate in industry events and webinars as a brand representativeMonitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy decisionsStay updated over the payroll norms as per the government rules and regulaionsRequired Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or fintech industryProven track record of managing successful social media accounts and advertising campaignsProficiency in social media management toolsExperience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorStrong knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing best practicesFamiliarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plusBasic understanding of HTML / CSS for email marketing and landing page optimizationCore Competencies
