Digital Marketing Executive (Influencer Marketing)
Role Overview : Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the organization's influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for our social app.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, vet, and recruit relevant influencers across various social media platforms who align with our brand values and target audience
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships
- Create detailed campaign briefs and coordinate content production with influencers
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers or their representatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.)
- Manage influencer relationships and maintain a database of potential and current partners
- Stay updated on emerging influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across influencer campaigns
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI for stakeholders
Requirements :
1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or related digital marketing rolesProven track record of planning and executing successful influencer campaignsStrong understanding of social media platforms and their respective influencer ecosystemsExperience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platformsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong project management abilities and attention to detailCreative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideasUp-to-date knowledge of social media trends, especially those relevant to our target demographicExperience with content creation is a plusBenefits & Details
