Job Duties
- Answering customers\' calls and inquiries through phone, message, email & app.
- Data entry, recording, generate reports, and filing administration.
- Good command in English (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Good communication skills and outgoing personality.
- Detail oriented and organized at work with good time management.
- Relevant customer service, e-commerce, telemarketing for sales and services work experience is an advantage to apply.
- Can commute to work.
