Job Duties

• Answering customers\' calls and inquiries through phone, message, email & app.
• Data entry, recording, generate reports, and filing administration.
• Good command in English (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Good communication skills and outgoing personality.
• Detail oriented and organized at work with good time management.
• Relevant customer service, e-commerce, telemarketing for sales and services work experience is an advantage to apply.
• Can commute to work.
• Fresh entry can apply.
