- Management
- Oversee warehouse and logistics teams to improve material flow, layout efficiency, inventory accuracy, support logistics cost reduction, and lead digitalization initiatives.
- Provide technical support to warehouse operations and new equipment commissioning.
- Project Management & Execution :
- Lead and manage engineering and cross-functional improvement projects within the plant and warehouse division.
- Develop and review project specifications, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Equipment & Facility Reliability :
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, warehouse systems, and utilities to ensure operational reliability.
- Drive improvement in equipment utilization, energy efficiency, and operational productivity.
- Health, Safety & Environment :
- Ensure all plant operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in risk assessments and implement safety measures in collaboration with the HSE team.
- What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or any related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experienced in warehouse or logistics-related projects is an added advantage.
- Experienced in leveraging Microsoft Excel and data management platforms, e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, SAP reporting tools.At NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
