Job Description :

• Participate in product development, project management, review formulation, materials and processes, product improvement / cost optimization, conducting shelf-life studies whenever necessary.
• Evaluate the nutritional value, colour, flavour and texture of the product.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all relevant R&D documentation i.e. formulations, manufacturing procedures and specifications.
• Provide relevant technical support and expertise regarding product, process, ingredients, or food regulations as appropriate.
• Stay abreast with regulatory, industry and market food trends.
• Participate in appointed GMP, HACCP, ISO, Halal, OSH, or other committees / audits assigned.
• Conduct product tasting and sensory validation processes.
