Job Responsibilities :
1. Develop Engaging Learning Experiences :
- Design and update e-learning modules and training videos to enrich WP's learning experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, engaging, and impactful.
- Proactively research and implement the latest training trends and initiatives to continuously enhance learning materials and methodologies.
2. Coordinate and Manage Program Delivery :
Coordinate with speakers, trainers, and internal teams for successful training sessions.Manage the logistics of online and in-person training programs to ensure smooth execution.3. Operational Efficiency :
Maintain Learning Cube (LMS) for accurate scheduling and resource management.Assist with regulatory training approvals and compliance.Provide administrative support to optimize team efficiency.Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Banking, Finance, or a related field.A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a training support, administrative, or coordination role is preferred. However, motivated fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Malay.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and presentation applications.Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.At AHAM Capital, people are its greatest assets.
