Lead and supervise Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) team
Manage full set of accounts and monthly closing activities
Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure timely e-invoice submissions
Prepare and submit service tax and weekly financial reports
Handle banking transactions and accounting journals
Review and prepare bank reconciliations, resolving outstanding items promptly
Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits
Maintain accurate filing and records of financial documents
Support manager with ad-hoc finance-related tasks
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, able to handle full set of accounts independently
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with AutoCount software is an added advantage
Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is an advantage for liaising with clients / vendors
Willing to work alternate Saturdays (half-day only)
