Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day processing of financial transactions to maintain an accurate SQL accounting system.
• Prepare and issue official receipts, sales invoices, payment vouchers, etc.
• Post accounts receivable (A / R) data to profit / loss reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other relevant documentation.
• Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, and make necessary corrections to corporate billing records.
• Reconcile bank statement with general ledger entries.
• Prepare all accounting schedules and generate monthly financial statements.
• Maintain a filing system for all financial documents.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all financial records for the company and its customers.
• Assist in other duties as needed and directed.
