Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor\'s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent and admitted to the Malaysian Bar. Min 1-2 years’ post-qualification experience. Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Resourceful and proactive, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. A good team player with good interpersonal skills. Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on relevant issues to support the legal team in advisory and litigation matters.
- Assist in the compilation, preparation, and organization of documents related to litigation matters, corporate exercises, and other legal proceedings.
- Drafting , reviewing , and various commercial contracts and agreements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liasing with internal departments to provide necessary legal advices
- Communicating effectively with internal and external parties, explaining legal issues, and contract terms.
- Keeping up with current changes in all relevant areas of law and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function.
