Finance Director

PSA is currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our Kuala Lumpur office.

The Finance Director will work directly with the leadership and oversee the financial health of our company. This includes developing financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen with a proven track record in financial management, planning, and strategy development.

Responsibilities

Financial Operations :

Oversee Group Finance and Accounts reporting directly to the CEO and the COO.

• Manage the Group’s operational cash flow and cash level.
• Maintain oversight and ultimate responsibility for Group financials and bank accounts.
• Implement financial policies and procedures and internal controls.

Audit :

Manage the preparation of material and the smooth and timely completion of annual audits, and submission of audited financials for the Group and its Subsidiaries on an annual basis.

Taxation :

Oversee the establishment and maintenance of an efficient tax structure for the group and its subsidiaries.

Payroll :

Oversee the execution of Payroll in Manila, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, and the United States, maintain line of sight and familiarity with payroll in Shanghai.

Business Administration :

Lead the Business support function in ensuring that commercial registration and required documentation are correctly filed and up to date in the United States, Dubai, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and the British Virgin Islands, and supporting local administration in China, relying where needed on local counterparties.
