Job Responsibilities :

• Educate Clients on Financial Literacy – Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions to help individuals understand financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Assess Financial Needs – Analyze clients’ financial goals, concerns, and current situations to provide tailored financial solutions.
• Offer Professional Financial Advice – Introduce and explain banking facilities such as Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans & SME loans.
• Develop Strong Client Relationships – Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to provide continuous financial guidance and after-sales service.
• Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with financial consultants and other professionals to enhance client services and maximize efficiency.
• Provide Operational Support – Ensure smooth execution of financial plans and assist clients with application processes for financial products.
• Encourage Financial Awareness – Advocate for responsible financial management through educational content, online resources, and community outreach.
• Achieve Sales & Advisory Targets – Work towards set performance metrics while prioritizing ethical financial education and client satisfaction.
