Overview
Managing the front office reception area by welcoming visitors, guests, and customers with patience in handling all enquiries.
Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area, fix any minor problems in the office space and oversee facilities services and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Supervising company documents, company dispatcher, mails, courier, post in and out.
- Receive, direct and relay adequate telephone messages promptly.
- Manage and coordinate the meeting room.
- Monitor & manage stationeries & pantry supplies.
- Provide general clerical and admin support as may be assigned from time to time by Superiors or Management.
Qualifications
Minimum SPM or equivalent discipline.At least 1 year relevant working experience in related field.Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel & PDF.Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.Pleasant interpersonal skills and communication skills.Company
