Provide information on fitness center facilities, classes, and events.
Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
Conduct follow-ups with new and existing members to ensure engagement and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Monitor cleanliness and functionality of front desk and lounge areas.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
