Portion ingredients appropriately based on outlet needs to facilitate smooth delivery. This includes weighing, dividing, and sealing using proper packaging materials.
根据门店需求准备适当的份量,称重、分装并使用合适的包装材料密封。
Hygiene and Safety / 卫生与安全
Maintain high kitchen hygiene standards and use designated tools to prevent cross-contamination. Clean and sanitize all equipment before and after use.
保持高标准的厨房卫生,使用专用工具防止交叉污染,所有设备须在使用前后清洁消毒。
Quality Control / 质量控制
Check the freshness and quality of all raw materials to meet company standards and report any issues to supervisors.
确保所有原料新鲜并符合公司标准,如发现问题须立即向上级报告。
Inventory Management / 库存管理
Assist in stock-taking and inventory control to ensure sufficient supply of required ingredients.
协助库存盘点与管理,确保原料供应充足。
Time Management / 时间管理
Complete assigned tasks efficiently to meet daily production and delivery schedules.
高效完成每日生产及配送任务,确保工作按时完成。
Preferred Qualifications / 优先条件
(experience in cooking staff meals is an added advantage).
(有煮员工餐经验者更佳)。
Working Days & Hours / 工作日与时间
6-day work week; 8 : 00AM – 4 : 30PM (OT until 7 : 00PM with overtime pay).
六天制;早上8 : 00至下午4 : 30(4 : 30PM后加班至7 : 00PM,享有加班费)。
