Position Summary

The SMB Direct Sales Consultant is responsible for selling QuickBooks Online to small business customers via telephone or electronic inquiries. Sales primarily made through outbound telephone sales activities and will also have responsibility to manage inbound call & chat activity. Majority of the lead volume for SMB Direct Sales Consultants will come from customers trialing QuickBooks on the web or mobile app.

Basic salary starts at MYR 5K + quarterly incentives

Shift - Monday to Friday

Time - 9 pm to 6 am / 10 pm to 7 am (night shift without rotation)
