Associate Customer Support - Japanese ( N1 Certification required)

Penerangan pekerjaanProvide exemplary customer satisfaction Meet quality standards on all handled contacts Complete 9 hours of staffed time on all rostered days Handle contacts while maintaining KPI targets as per agreed limits Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal communication skills in Japanese Passionate towards serving the customer and displays high levels of customer obsession Open to work in rotational and night shifts Candidate must be college or vocational school graduates or possess comparable work experience Job title : Associate Customer support – Japanese speaker (Online shopping platform) Criteria : JLPT N1 (Malaysians or any Nationality) / Native Japanese (No English is required) We can consider candidates from anywhere who are willing to relocate to Malaysia For Expats Employment VISA, 1 way flight ticket and 1 week hotel accommodation cost is reimbursed. In-patient Medical benefits up to 80K USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children (if any). Out-patient Medical benefits up to 250 USD per claim (for each individual), for self, spouse & children (if any) – 15% co-payment Optical benefit up to 120 USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children – Claimable after completion of 1 year Dental (Tooth extraction and filling) up to 500 USD per year (for each individual), for self, spouse & children – Claimable after completion of 90 days Dental (Scaling) up to USD 50 per year (for each individual), for self, spouse & children – Claimable after completion of 90 days Annual Leave 10 days for first 2 years, 12 days after completion of 2 years (prorated). Medical Leave as per Labor law - 14 days. Bereavement leaves – 3 working days in an event of death in the immediate family (Spouse, Children, parents). Maternity Leave – for 98 consecutive days for female associate. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date, or post the due date. Paternity leaves – 7 days
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide resolution to end users
- Escalate priority issues per Client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable
- Provide inputs on process changes and best practices.
- Stay updated with new updates, process changes and updates.
- Maintain Exemplary Attendance and Punctuality
- Any Ad-hoc responsibilities as designated by the supervisor

Salary range : RM 8k to 9k basic (depending upon CS experience) + RM 500 transportation allowance + Shift allowance
Work mode : Full time office mode
Working days / hours : Rotational shift (Morning and afternoon) (Shift allowance applicable for afternoon shift)
Shifts : 8AM-17PM / 9AM-18PM / 13PM-22PM / 15PM-24AM MYT
