Minimum Requirements

  • High School education
  • 2 years minimum warehouse experience
  • Speak, write and read fluent English
  • Able to drive forklift / reach truck

Key responsibilities :

  • Lead, pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse.
  • Keep neat and clean warehouse premises.
  • Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.
  • Verify material with COC and pack list upon receiving.
  • Schedules all inbound deliveries; ensures purchase order number is on all paperwork.
  • Receives product deliveries.
  • Records and checks quantity and quality of good received.
  • Inspect, accept, or reject inbound shipments.
  • Communicates and coordinates with appropriate buyer for product returns / repair.
  • Properly inputs received material into computer system and forwards proper documentation to accounts payable.
  • Submitting pack list and invoice to finance.
  • Monitor and manage inventory control.
  • Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.
  • Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.
  • Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.

    • Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
