Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative – Salary up to MYR 6000 – Penang
Job Type : Full‑time
Compensation : Competitive salary plus language allowance and health benefits (up to MYR 6000).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat in Chinese.
- Provide accurate information, guidance, and follow‑up on patient cases and service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions in CRM systems accurately and thoroughly.
- Coordinate with internal teams and raise cases when necessary.
Requirements
Fluent in Chinese.Good English communication skills (internal communication and training).Previous experience in call center or customer service is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Based in Malaysia or open to relocating in Malaysia.What We Offer
