Penerangan pekerjaanFull Time Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM Saturday 8AM to 1PM Public Holidays (follow major holidays in calendar) Good command of English (spoken & written) Confident in communication and negotiation Sales-driven, organized, and follow-up oriented Basic understanding of export / international trade Familiar with Alibaba.com platform is a huge plus Minimum 2 years of experience in sales / export / FMCG RM3,800 – RM5,000 / month (based on experience) Sales incentives & performance bonuses Raya Bonus Overseas travel opportunities to meet customers (flights, accommodation & meals covered) Exposure to international trade and big FMCG brands Supportive & fast-paced work environment

We’re ZH FIRST COFFEE Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian FMCG export company based in Seremban, representing top brands like Nestlé, APOLLO, Mondelez, and more. We export Halal-certified Malaysian products to countries across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Alibaba.com B2B inquiries and build strong relationships with international buyers
- Identify genuine importers and retailers, not just traders
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and proforma invoices
- Negotiate deals and close sales with global customers
- Coordinate with internal teams on shipment, labeling & export documentation
- Follow up and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business
- Explore new markets and suggest product opportunities
