Role Description
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across logistics, order fulfilment, retail management, and roadshow execution. This position bridges backend efficiency with frontend sales performance — driving both operational excellence and retail growth for Ergoworks Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Fulfilment
- Oversee the full order fulfilment process from order confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment across retail and event sites.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including vendor coordination.Ensure proper documentation, product handling, and tracking.Liaise with Singapore HQ for product shipment, stock planning, and forecast alignment.Retail & Sales Management
Supervise daily retail operations to ensure a premium customer experience.Lead, motivate, and train retail associates to achieve sales targets.Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and implement improvement strategies.Work with marketing to execute retail promotions and in-store campaigns.Roadshows & Events
Plan and execute nationwide roadshows and promotional events.Oversee logistics setup, manpower allocation, and event execution.Evaluate event performance and ROI, providing insights for future improvements.Reporting & Administration
Prepare sales, inventory, and operations reports for management review.Manage budgets for logistics, events, and retail operations.Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and brand SOPs.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related fields.Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail operations, logistics, or sales management (preferably in consumer products, lifestyle, or furniture industry).Strong organizational and negotiation skills.Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Willing to travel for roadshows and events.What We Offer
