Seller Operations (Comms & Initiatives Pillar)

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Seller Operations team under the Comms & Initiatives pillar. In this role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing the overall seller experience by driving operational initiatives, managing communication strategies, and delivering solutions that matter.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of operational initiatives and feature rollouts that elevate the seller experience.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; propose and implement strategic solutions (e.g., SOP enhancements, new feature recommendations, etc.)
• Monitor seller sentiment across social media and other feedback channels, synthesizing actionable insights
• Develop, refine, and deliver engaging educational and communication materials tailored to sellers' needs
• Deliver high-impact solutions and support by addressing complex seller inquiries with speed, precision, and empathy.
• Leverage data to generate insights, drive decisions, and measure impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and other operational teams to align efforts and deliver results.
