Overview

Wellbeing Partnership and Operations Lead, Trust & Safety. This role leads a multidisciplinary team to expand regional wellbeing programs into global initiatives, supporting physical and psychological health for TikTok Trust & Safety teams, partners, and outsourced staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multidisciplinary experts to tailor, implement and manage regional wellbeing programs based on a Global Wellbeing Strategy and Framework; provide specialist subject matter expertise and input into program design, implementation and evaluation
• Proactively manage expectations of all stakeholders by providing clear program roadmaps, milestone dates, and global program updates
• Collaborate with the Wellbeing leadership team to design and manage organizational strategy ensuring alignment across regions
• Regularly review and staff wellbeing programming outcomes with partner vendors and Wellbeing Program Manager reports
• Review and align existing program structures of partner vendors with the statement of work requirements
