About the Role :

Aryan Solutions is hiring on behalf of a global financial services client in Malaysia. The team specializes in Private Equity and Real Estate Fund operations, delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality accounting and reporting services. This is a great opportunity for professionals with fund accounting experience to take ownership of operational processes, supervise a team, and drive excellence in fund reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Production & Supervision

  • Oversee day-to-day fund accounting operations for Private Equity & Real Estate Funds.
  • Execute complex fund accounting activities with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform second-level quality checks and validations on team outputs.
  • Monitor deadlines, escalate issues, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  • Support coaching and development for team members.

Monitoring & Escalation

  • Act as escalation point for complex fund accounting processes and control functions.
  • Monitor individual and team performance; provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles impacting team performance or process efficiency.

    • Risk Management & Controls

  • Maintain and enhance process controls and documentation.
  • Propose improvements to mitigate errors and strengthen operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • 4–5 years of relevant Fund Accounting experience, preferably in financial services or fund structures.
  • Experience in Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Auditing, or Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Robust fund accounting and workflow management experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and fund accounting standards.
