Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform account mainly AR & AP & administration duties.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Assist in preparing customer DO and invoice.
  • To prepare daily bookkeeping entries including cheques, payment vouchers, official receipts, and petty cash vouchers.
  • Completes and maintains a variety of reports and records as assigned.
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database.
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification :

  • Diploma, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or account roles.
  • Able to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa & English
  • Preferably Male or Female below 40 years old.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good working relationships with various individuals.
  • Ability to work independently with problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with administrative processes and procedures prior training experience is a plus
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility to cope with a constantly changing work environment
  • Effective time management skills to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
