Overview
Job Title : Proposal Analyst – SEA
Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Office-based)
Contract Duration : 6 Months (Can be renewable or extendable)
Pay Range : RM 4,500 – RM 5,000 / month
Responsibilities
- Support the proposal and tendering process by acting as the focal point between internal stakeholders and clients. Responsible for compiling, submitting, and optimizing tender documentation to ensure high-quality and timely responses.
- Compile and submit tender documentation accurately and on time.
- Contribute to predefined contracts, conditions, and pricing frameworks .
- Manage Bank Guarantees / Bid Bonds applications.
- Interact with customers for tender clarifications .
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, supply chain, finance, legal, HSE, and service delivery teams to finalize proposals.
