We are looking for an experienced Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team.
Our menu includes main dishes, desserts, drinks, and snacks, with established SOPs to ensure consistency.
The Head Chef will focus on team coordination, quality control, and smooth daily operations rather than individual cooking performance.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.
- Enforce SOPs and check every dish before serving to maintain consistent quality.
- Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best.
- Manage kitchen hygiene, safety standards, and inventory control.
- Work closely with management to improve workflow and cost control.
Requirements :
Minimum 3–5 years of kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and communication skills.Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high food standards.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.Insights
