Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations across departments and outlets, including onboarding, confirmations, leave management, payroll coordination, and exit processes.

Supervise the end‑to‑end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements.

Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and misconduct investigations with fairness and legal compliance.

Support recruitment for multiple roles, including screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.

Guide managers through performance reviews, probation assessments, and disciplinary procedures.

Track and report key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and payroll costs.
