Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews and onboarding program
- Perform pre-employment checks and arrange for medical tests.
- According to the existing establishment and business development needs, assist the superior to determine the recruitment goals, summarize the number of job requirements and the number of personnel requirements, formulate and implement the recruitment plan.
- Publish job demand information, open up recruitment channels, and do a good job in company image promotion.
- Analyze workforce trends to develop actionable strategies that can improve HR effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Provide comprehensive support in employee relations, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Handle disciplinary issues and propose fair and just propositions in accordance with the employment law and be able to mitigate legal risk.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Encourage staff development by developing training & development programs.
- Plan and organize training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Work closely with external training providers and HRD Corp to coordinate quality training sessions.
- Support managers in developing On-the-Job Training (OJT) plans and ensure training records are properly managed.
- Track and manage training budgets and claims while ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.
- Keep training and development processes audit-ready and aligned with ISO / QMS standards.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements :
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in human resources or business administration, Psychology or related studies.Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and training & development.Basic or Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Excel and etc.)Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Labour Law and practices, Industrial Relations Act, other Government statutory requirements, etcProficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate with HQ effectively.Ability to work under minimal supervision, analytical, and a good team player.Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
