Social Posting Coordinator (Japanese Speaker)

Penerangan pekerjaanAt least 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably from a consumer brand or creative agency that handles marketing campaigns. Has knowledge and exposure to running 360-campaigns, from campaign development to tactical execution (including AV / trailers, digital / social, print, and out-of-home). Is a creative thinker with a strong pulse on pop culture and social trends. Is a proactive and highly-organized collaborator in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. We will typically have multiple campaigns launching at once which require working with multiple stakeholders. Written and Verbal fluency in both English and Japanese. You thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment and leadership in the face of ambiguity. A curious mind that can help us establish innovative ways of optimizing workflows. Native understanding of Japan markets combined with the skills to tell compelling stories for the market through budget-agnostic ideas. Deep knowledge of pop culture, having invested thousands of hours consuming content. Someone truly passionate about entertainment, capable of extracting powerful communication insights from our original content. Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team, working both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders. Clear communication that keeps teams accountable vs just relaying information from point A to point B. Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. Capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback to and from colleagues.

Role : Social Posting Coordinator (Japanese Speaker)
Location : KL, Malaysia (Remote)
The Role
As a Coordinator, based remotely, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams to distribute best-in-class creative campaigns for company titles.
Responsibilities
- You will play a key role in managing vendors who distribute campaigns for the biggest global and local titles, as well as various smaller earned and owned titles.
- You will co-ordinate and work with external creative and media agencies, as well as internal local and global stakeholders, to ensure timely and seamless flighting of paid and organic campaigns.
