Penerangan pekerjaanInvestigate opportunities for automating manual tasks in the transport order creation and confirmation stages using available tools such as ERP, TMS, or Power Automate. Develop automated workflows to reduce human errors, increase speed, and standardize the process of transport order creation and confirmation. Establish and document clear roles and responsibilities for all parties involved in the transport ordering process, including order creation, confirmation, documentation, and follow-up. Ensure that each stakeholder understands their role and the specific expectations related to transport order handling. Identify processes to ensure that all transport orders are linked to accurate and up-to-date customer requirements. Develop systems to capture and track customer requirements that will feed into the Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring alignment between customer expectations and transport order execution. Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire transport ordering process. Create clear, easy-to-follow instructions for staff on the steps required for transport order creation, order confirmation, documentation, and integration with other systems. Develop an SLA document that outlines measurable performance indicators and service expectations for the transport ordering process. Ensure that the SLA includes specific targets related to accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirements. - Analyze and map the current transport ordering process to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or unnecessary steps.
- Break down the transport order creation steps, including order entry, documentation, and system integrations (ERP or TMS).
- Recommend steps to streamline the process for improved time management and cost-effectiveness.
