We are hiring for two senior leadership roles within the Enterprise division :
Head of Sales – Enterprise (Mid-Market)
Responsibilities :
- Lead and grow a team of enterprise account managers focused on mid-market customers.
- Shape sales strategies, pipeline direction, and revenue acceleration plans.
- Drive new business acquisition while nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Monitor performance KPIs and forecast outcomes for leadership teams.
- Collaborate across product, marketing, and customer success to enhance client value.
- Strengthen customer engagement and uncover upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay aware of market dynamics to influence go-to-market initiatives.
Qualifications :
8–10+ years of B2B sales and people leadership experience.Solid exposure to regional or mid-market enterprise customer segments.Proven record of achieving ambitious revenue and pipeline targets.Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities.Strategic, data-driven decision maker with a passion for team success.Head of Sales – Enterprise (Regional)
