We're looking for a Level 1.5 Technical Support Technician, someone who can go beyond the basics to troubleshoot deeper technical issues, support user environments, and assist in maintaining IT systems. If you're ready to step up from L1 and grow your career, this is the perfect next move.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Provide frontline and advanced desktop support to internal users and clients
- Handle hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting
- Support cloud-based systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.
- Perform basic Active Directory tasks (user account creation, group permissions, etc.)
- Assist with routine server checks, patching schedules, and documentation updates
- Escalate complex incidents to L2 / L3 teams with clear handover notes
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Work closely with Level 2 team on projects and deployments
