Job Overview
Ensure optimisation of the human resources across the Group. Develop HR policies in line with the business strategy. Plan, manage and promote the development of human resources. Formulate and execute manpower plan across the Group. Formulate, manage and ensure adherence of Comp & Ben practices. Coordinate & manage HR operations within the Group.
Key Result Areas
Recruitment, Selection & Placement / On-boarding
- Policy making on selection criteria for all senior positions in the Group
- Decision making on recruitment methods, instruments and partners in the recruitment process
- Direct participation and active involvement in the recruitment activities of CEOs / Heads of Business Units / HOD.
- Develop on-boarding policy & program and ensure execution at brands level.
- Develop compensation strategy via facilitated discussion for the Group and all its subsidiaries / brands.
- Develop incentives plans with input from the subsidiaries / brands, and advise on rollout and timing matters.
Performance Management
Develop policy on managing performance for the entire Group.Facilitate target setting process at business level and determine appropriate ranges and performance levels.Provide moderation advice when approached by subsidiaries / brands to resolve perceived imbalance issues.Industrial Relations
Provide advice on industrial relations (IR) matter to the Group and its subsidiaries / brands.Mitigate, resolve and arbitrate IR related matters.Facilitate, monitor and sit-in in all Domestic Inquiries sessions.Develop and implement appropriate IR measures in ensuring a harmonious & healthy work environment.Manpower Planning & Organization Design
Develop policy to align current organization structure with the Group’s strategic direction, optimizing available human resources.Assess and decide on distribution of manpower needs and headcount requirements against business needs for the Group and its subsidiaries / brands.Group HR Alignment
Provide advice and implement policy for the Group and its subsidiaries / brands on :Specific HR programs in ensuring the practices are streamlined across the Group, and aligned to the corporate office guidelines & standards.Organization development program across the Group.Conduct organization diagnostics (360-degree feedback) across the Group to ascertain work climate and design appropriate change management and culture alignment efforts.Integration efforts in deploying new core values in line with Group strategic direction.Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 10 years’ of working experience with significant management experience at a senior level for 5 years.Experienced in HR strategy, talent management, compensation & benefits and with operational experience.High integrity, excellent People Management and Leadership skills and a team player with strong career motivation.Familiar with Strategic HR Management.Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all internal & external customers of the organization.Possess good presentation and communication skills in both written and verbal forms.Understand and have applied HR Business Partnering Role.Possess knowledge and understanding on the following :HR Technology (using metrics)Analytical ThinkingChange ManagementApplication Questions
