Responsibilities

  • Provide phone / email support to debug product issues for customers.
  • Support global customers (especially from Japan).
  • Resolve moderate to complex technical problems .
  • Recreate issues in a lab environment for testing.
  • Document solutions to expand the knowledge database.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and improve expertise.

Qualifications

Must-Have :

  • Language : Fluent in Japanese (written / spoken) – Native / near-native level.
  • Fluent in English (for communication / documentation).
  • Education : Degree / Diploma (preferably in Tech / Engineering).
  • Technical Skills :
  • 4+ years in IP Networking (Cisco routers : ASR 9K, NCS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, QoS, Multicast .
  • Hands-on with IOS-XR / IOS-XE, Cable, Optical, SP Mobility .
  • Soft Skills : Team player, strong communication, problem-solving.
