Responsibilities
Actively source and screen potential candidates through various channels. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for our clients' needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process. Manage assigned project team (planning, supervising, execution) to ensure that it's meeting the client's expectations. Assist with various HR-related tasks, such as workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Open for fresh graduates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
English
in both written and verbal forms The ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage Other information
