Key Responsibilities :
- Manage client accounts, servicing, and engagement to ensure continuity and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients (e.g., Taiwan, China).
- Provide language and cultural alignment to reduce miscommunication and enhance client trust.
- Support recruitment services expansion, including expatriate segments.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth operations and workload balance.
- Contribute to revenue growth through effective client follow-up and service quality.
Requirements :
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is a must.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Experience in business development, client servicing, or recruitment will be an advantage.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.This is a strategic role to support business continuity, client retention, and company expansion.
