Our client "SFS Architecture Sdn Bhd." is seeking a Project Architect to join their team

What you'll be doing?

• Lead project teams : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring project deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Design and present : Create and present comprehensive project proposals, aligning with client needs, legal requirements, and design practicality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders : Participate in project meetings, liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project progression.
• Develop technical documents : Prepare detailed tender and construction drawings, leveraging your solid knowledge of specifications and industry standards.
• Manage projects end-to-end : Oversee projects from concept to completion, including tender processes, contract administration, and site inspections.
• Foster industry relationships : Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stay abreast of industry innovations.
