PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
- Assist Project Managers with meeting schedules, agenda preparation, and documentation of minutes.
- Maintain centralized project documentation and filing systems.
- Process project-related payment requests and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Support project governance processes and compliance requirements.
- Serve as liaison between project teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Distribute project updates, announcements, and internal communications.
- Organize team events, project kick-offs, and review meetings.
- Ensure smooth and efficient information flow between teams and leadership.
- Support the leadership team with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.2–3 years of combined experience in office administration and project coordination.Prior exposure to project-based environments (e.g., IT, construction, consulting, or marketing) is an advantage.Proven experience as an Administrator or Project Administrator, ideally within a similar industry.Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Please indicate your availability and notice period in your application.
