Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of field‑level industrial solution sales experience, with preference for candidates who have experience in cold‑calling, new company and product introductions, and visitation.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 2 years successfully as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Degree in any field.
  • Possess aggressiveness and eagerness to succeed in life.
  • Self‑motivated, dynamic, possessing strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results.
  • Able to communicate well with others when working in a team.
  • Fast‑learning skill, able to pick up new product knowledge easily.
  • Willing to travel for business trips and visiting customers.

Salary packages are negotiable.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales budget and develop more pipelines for coming years.
  • Create new customer opportunities by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in all sales and business development activities.
  • Develop new applications by using the company’s existing products and new product development.
  • Provide monthly business reports on activities and results of the business unit.
  • Outstanding and payment collection monitoring and support.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior.
  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between customers and the company.
  • Resolve customer issues and anticipate customer changes and improvements.
  • Maximize profit by up‑selling or cross‑selling.
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with supervisor and management.
  • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal cross‑functional teams in supporting customers.
  • Execute strategic programs and other tasks assigned by supervisor or management.
