Contract Duration : 12 months
Working Arrangement : Work in Office
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operations of computers, mobile devices (e.g., PDAs), network equipment, and printers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user application issues, while maintaining and updating technical support documentation.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and support for network devices, including system monitoring and generating reports.
- Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security systems, and antivirus tools.
- Manage IT assets and inventory, including coordination with vendors for procurement, repairs, or replacements.
- Respond to and support ad-hoc IT issues as required, including standby duties when necessary.
Requirements :
