Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, applications, and devices.
- Document issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff.
- Support in monitoring IT systems, applications, and security alerts.
- Assist with Active Directory, user account management, and password resets.
- Learn and follow ITIL-based IT Service Management processes.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support tickets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing a degree / diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and MS Office tools.Familiarity with networking basics, printers, and common IT troubleshooting.Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Job Type : Internship
