The service coordinator provides strong administration support to the Lifecycle Service Department. Collaborate closely to ensure smooth coordination and effective problem‑solving.

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
• Attending to incoming service calls and inquiries.
• Generating a draft invoice for customer review for a completed service job.
• Raise a credit note request with the finance department if required.
• Raise a shipping request for spare parts delivery.
• Create a service order for service jobs.
• Perform various administrative tasks.
