Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the department. This role involves documentation, filing, data entry, and day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth business operations in the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Handle documentation, including letters, forms, and simple reports.
- Assist with data entry and ensure information is accurate and updated.
- Support scheduling of meetings and preparation of basic documents.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle simple office inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and assist in day-to-day office upkeep.
- Provide administrative support for company events or entertainment-related activities.
- Carry out any other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
