Responsibilities
Manage existing accounts and develop new customers by understanding their business needs and identifying growth opportunities.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term retention.Identify customer challenges and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.Deliver pre-sales technical assistance and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare quotations, respond to inquiries, and follow up on proposals in a timely manner.Plan and conduct sales visits, maintain a customer contact database, and update project status and activity reports on a regular basis.Support marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events when required.Maintain strong technical and application knowledge of assigned product solutions.Deliver presentations and hands‑on demonstrations to showcase product capabilities, applications, and proof of concept.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringStrong analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of noise & vibration and / or remote condition monitoring.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in heavy industries such as automotive, aerospace, environmental, power generation, or facility maintenance.Active listening skills with the ability to perform effective root cause analysis of customer issues.Proficient in spoken and written English.Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric approach to building and maintaining long‑term relationships.Positive attitude with a strong drive for learning new technologies and staying updated with market trends.Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative, team‑oriented environments.Disciplined, persistent, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.Proven ability to plan, lead, and successfully execute projects on time.Willingness to travel and adaptability to work across diverse cultural environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
