Position Overview :
This position will play a key role in managing the financial health of our organization. Reporting to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance roles, a solid understanding of financial principles and a proven track record of driving financial performance.
Accountability & Responsibility
Providing support to the Accounting Department
Processing transactions, issuing cheques and updating ledgers
Create and update revenue and expense reports
Monthly reconciliation for bank, debtors and creditors
Prepare, review and filing payroll
Enter financial transactions into auto count system
Updating weekly and monthly cash flow
Assist in preparing financial reports such as Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet Statement and Cash Flow Statement
Assisting with audits, bank loan application and etc.
Administrative Support
Business Correspondence between company and supplier, customer, stake holder, auditor, banker, company secretary, government agencies, management and relevant third parties.
Perform day to day basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and mail processing
Any duties are assigned by Superior.
