About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative with a strong hunter mindset to accelerate EasyStore’s growth. You’ll be at the frontline of our expansion, identifying potential merchants, creating opportunities, and converting them into long-term customers.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate new leads through outbound channels — calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline , ensuring consistent follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities in untapped retail and ecommerce markets and approach potential merchants with tailored solutions.
- Conduct persuasive product demos and consultations with business owners and decision-makers.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets .
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to refine sales campaigns and messaging.
- Track daily activities, opportunities, and performance through our CRM system .
- Stay updated on retail, SaaS, and eCommerce trends to effectively position EasyStore’s unified commerce solution.
