Chief Engineer, Process Integration

Responsibilities

• Driving process, yield and quality improvements in a systematic, data‑driven way.
• Establishing the process to OQC interactions during product development and NPI phase.
• Responsible for developing and optimizing new process flows for optical component products.
• In charge of developing the Process Control Plan and IPQC test plan with the process engineering team.
• Design experiments (DoE) and analyze results using statistical software to enhance assembly yield.
• Working cross‑functionally with Design, Product Engineering, Process Development, Modeling, Yield Enhancement, Failure Analysis and Quality teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Summarizing complex problems, developing actions to address them, and building consensus across teams to drive solutions.
• Defining and achieving sub‑milestones for projects within broader program timelines.
• Collaborating closely with Manufacturing to transfer new products and technologies from R&D to production.
