Sales Admin Executive (招聘)

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Branch Operation. You will be responsible for supporting our sales team in administration tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a good opportunity to enhance your multitasking, communication, and administrative skills. Key Responsibilities

Process delivery orders and cash sales in a timely manner — ensure documents are properly signed, dated, and all cash or cheques are banked in accurately. Coordinate with HQ for customer purchase orders — compile and send documents weekly, ensuring no missing or delayed items. Manage stock and goods flow — unload goods received, key-in stock data, and arrange for customer pick-up efficiently. Prepare credit / debit notes and stock adjustments — maintain accurate records of all financial adjustments. Handle financial administration and petty cash — manage office expenses and assist with month-end closing for Penang branch. Provide customer service support — attend to sales calls, follow up on outstanding orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement — identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement ideas aligned with EITA’s values. Requirements

Diploma

or

Degree

in Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, accounting, or operations (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). Good organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting / ERP systems. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with HQ and internal teams. Benefits
